Wylie Shirriff is a shrewd navigator of the real estate realm. She excels in listening to her client’s needs and endeavours to deliver an unmatched service experience, every time! She is a tenacious negotiator, and she is committed to protecting her client’s interests at every turn along the way. Wylie’s business acumen was honed during her early years working in retail sports management, fashion design and production where she actively managed both staff and administrative duties. In 2017 she was headhunted to take the reins of a fast-paced and growing real estate firm operating as the Office Manager and Client Care Specialist. From that vantage point, she acquired a unique understanding of the processes and systems required to professionally buy, sell and manage real estate holdings.

Wylie’s business thrives on strong organizational and communication skills. Her confident and reassuring demeanour helps to keep her clients at ease through what can be a complicated process. She takes great pride in helping her clients through the process of completing one of the biggest transactions of their lives.

As the daughter of both a successful developer and an award-winning real estate broker, housing development and real estate literally runs through her veins! She has been amassing knowledge of the real estate sector in and around the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario for her entire life, and she is proud to share this with all of her clients.

Outside of work, Wylie loves spending quality time with her friends and family. She enjoys hanging out with her pups Brewski and Gizmo, travelling, and looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally.
