A critical part of buying and owning a property is maintaining an understanding of what the value of the property is worth in the current market.

We offer Home Evaluation Services for our clients on an ongoing basis. These services include assisting with Opinions Of Value (useful for securing financing), as well as property evaluations to help determine the highest and best use of a given property and assistance with determining what improvements to a property will generate the best return.

Our assessments are generated with an in-person walk-through of the property and then backed up by the most recent market data available based on current and historical market activity.

    ONEPlan your date.

    As with most things in real estate, planning is critical to your success. Check your calendar and pick a date that won’t conflict with other events that could divert your potential visitors – Mother’s Day or the Superbowl Sunday? You may not get many visitors!

    TWOGive your home a mini makeover.

    Remember that a home that looks well kept will create favourable impression. Make sure you cut the grass or shovel the sidewalk as the season requires. Plan on doing a little spot painting to perk up problem areas, oil squeaking hinges, tighten loose screws, and all the other little things that show a home is cared for.
